OLIGO Zn 260 is a zinc corrector, it is a highly concentrated liquid solution.
Zinc is an essential micronutrient in the enzymatic activation and in the synthesis and conservation of plant growth hormones (auxins). It participates in the synthesis of proteins and enhances photosynthesis.
OLIGO Zn 260 prevents and corrects zinc deficiency states. It avoids the reduction of the size of the leaf, the internervial chlorosis and the diminution of the growth of the plant. Dampens the stress suffered by the plant due to low temperatures.
Zinc function
Zinc is necessary for the synthesis of tryptophan, which in turn is necessary for the formation of indoleacetic acid in plants. The indole acetic acid is one of the auxins responsible for cell elongation and cell division. It is an essential component of several plant metalloenzymes (variety dehydrogenase) and is therefore indispensable for several different functions in the metabolism of plants. The carbonic anhydrase enzyme is specifically activated by Zinc. Zinc has a role in RNA and also in protein synthesis.

Zinc deficiency
Zinc-deficient leaves develop interveinal necrosis. In the early stages, the younger leaves turn yellow. Mature leaves develop pitting on their upper interveinal surfaces. Gutation (bleeding) is also common in leaves. As the deficiency progresses, the above symptoms become intense interveinal necrosis. However, the main veins remain green, as if the leaves recovered from the iron deficiency. In many plants and especially in trees, the leaves become very small and the internodes shorten, resulting in a rosette (circular) shape.
